DHH completes the acquisition of the residual 40% stake in Evolink. The company is now fully owned by DHH SpA and was transformed into Evolink EAD.
Svetoslav Hristov and Biser Tzonev will continue to perform their role as Executive Directors at Evolink. In addition, they are now also shareholders in DHH SpA.
