Evolink officially announces the merger of Lirex net EOOD in Evolink AD on December 13, 2019.
By integrating the activities of Lirex Net, Evolink AD expands the company's scope and market presence and adds experience and competencies to the team. The company achieves a greater synergy of resources and assets, while maintaining its focus on activities entirely on business customers with high requirements for quality and level of service.
Lirex Net is one of the first ISPs in Bulgaria and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Evolink AD.
Since the beginning of 2020 all Lirex Net activities will be taken over by Evolink. The integration process is expected to be extremely short due to the close interaction between the two companies up to this moment.
